Plan of work:
鈼� Take stock of and review internal processes and tools aimed at supporting partnership acquisition
鈼� Document previous experiences and achievements
鈼� Map local stakeholders with whom / through whom AUCA could pursue international partnerships
鈼� Strengthen relationships with (potential) local partners
鈼� Establish links between international partnerships and AUCA teaching and research听
鈼� Create a map of potential international donors (in Kyrgyzstan) and what they are doing听

鈼� Set up an internal body to support faculty and others on developing managing partnerships
